Als Experte für Warenwirtschaftssysteme DACH (w/m/d/x) behältst Du stets den Überblick über die Bedienung & Nutzung unseres Warenwirtschaftssystems und stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Logistikprozesse in der Produktionsstätte Verden sicher. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen wie internationalen Kolleg*innen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen und in der Anwendung des Systems zeigst Du Deine gute Prozessorientierung sowie analytisches Prozessverständnis. Mit Deiner Hands-on Mentalität sowie lösungsorientierten Art begeisterst Du dabei nicht nur Deine Intralogistik-Kolleg*innen, sondern indirekt auch unsere Kund*innen, denn damit sorgst Du Woche für Woche dafür, dass unsere Kund*innen Ihre Box mit vollständigen Zutaten in perfekter Qualität erhalten.
Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Du bist die Ansprechperson hinsichtlich systemischer Wareneingangs-, Lager und Warenausgangsprozesse
- Du stellst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung sowie Anpassung von Prozessen, Tools und Dokumentationen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Effektivität sicher
- Du unterstützt die Teamleiter*innen und Logistics Manager*innen systemseitig
- Du erstellst KPIs direkt aus dem Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Du überwachst das Lagerverwaltungssystem und erstellst Reportings bei diversen Herausforderungen
Dein Profil
- Du hast Dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft bzw. Wirtschaftsinformatik; alternativ verfügst Du über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Im besten Fall konntest Du bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft/Logistik sammeln
- Du verfügst über gute bis sehr guter Kenntnissen in MS Office (insb. Excel)
- Du bist eigenständig, flexibel und arbeitest gerne im Team
- Du besitzt fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
