As a strategic Product Manager (f/m/d/x) within the HelloFresh DACH cluster you will have the ownership and execution of complex, highly collaborative and cross-functional projects related to our consumer product. Furthermore, in this commercial and data-driven role you will get the chance to have a significant impact to our business by identifying product opportunities and eventually execute new product launches resulting in what is most important to us: customer satisfaction. As an ambassador of continuous improvement and thought leadership, you will contribute in making the company successful in terms of innovation and fresh thinking to create products, menus and variety that our customers love because “we want to change the way people eat, forever”.
Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams im Wareneingang, Lager oder Warenausgang
- Verantwortung für das fristgerechte Be- und Entladen von Trailern und Wechselbrücken
- Termingerechte Bereitstellung von Waren in die Produktion und von Fertigwaren im Warenausgang
- Verantwortung für Lagerprozesse und korrekte Bereitstellung von Material an Läufer aus der Produktion
- Sicherstellung korrekter Warenbuchungen im ERP-System
- Durchführung von Inventuren
- Mitverantwortlich für die Einführung und folgende Einhaltung von standardisierten Prozessen, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und arbeitsrechtlicher Regelungen bezüglich Arbeitsschutz, Hygiene, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz
- Verantwortlich für die ständige Einhaltung der Kühlkette
- Device Management (Ein- und Ausloggen; Probleme beheben)
Dein Profil
- Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder eine Ausbildung als Meister*in aus dem Bereich personalintensiver Logistik
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du hast Erfahrung im Führen von Teams
- Du hast die Fähigkeit zur Durchsetzung und Verbesserung standardisierter Prozesse
- Du besitzt eine hohe Motivation, Eigenständigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse von Google-Apps (Gmail, Drive & Docs, Sheets etc.)
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft
